Ground Floor Spacious Hall (100 Capacity)
The largest meeting room and newly refurbished, Willow is ideal for training, small conferences, workshops and buffet receptions seating up to 100 guests. The room is also perfect as an exhibition venue and can be tailored in size to suit your needs.
Main Hall (Capacity 100)
Great Oak Hall is located on the ground floor and is can host a wide variety of events including conferences, exhibitions and special events such as parties, wedding receptions and leisure activities. The room has its own kitchenette facility, a PA system and a projector. Great Oak Hall can also be divided into two smaller rooms (Oaks and Acorns) both of which have access to the kitchenette facility.
2/3’s Great Oak Hall (75 Capacity)
Oaks is the larger section of Great Oak Hall once partitioned. This space is ideal size for small conferences, larger meetings or sports hire. A portable projector and screen can be supplied for this room at no extra cost.
1/3 Great Oak Hall (Capacity 25 People)
Acorns is the smaller section of Great Oak Hall, still keeping access of the overhead projector. This space is perfect for small team meetings and presentations.
Boardroom (Capacity 18)
Holly is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift. The newley furnished room can cater up to 18 persons and is ideal for meetings, workshops, seminars and training purposes. The room also boasts use of 14 laptops for general/ business use or even educational use. The room is fitted with an overhead projector.
Small Meeting Room (Capacity 8)
A quientessential offering for very small meetings, one-to-one sessions, interviews or a even breakout room. Maple is the perfect size for getting together for a small group discussion.
